KumaraParvatha is the second highest peak in Coorg at 1712m.It is located at the edge of Coorg & this towering peak is a part of the scenic Pushpagiri range of the Western ghats.

If you are an avid trekker then Kumara Parvatha trekking should be on your bucket list!It is a great scale to summit which falls into difficult trek level but the trek will tire you and delight you.Its going to be a 22km trek to and fro so gear up:)
The route to Kumara Parvatha has its charms with magnificent views,some of the most stunning escapes of nature bordered by flora and fauna on either side.

Begin the journey from Bangalore on Friday night post 10 pm
Reach base camp in the morning around 9:30 am
Freshen up & start the day with south india breakfast.
Start your ascend to Bhattara Mane.
Rest & have lunch at Bhattara Mane.
Finish formalities at forest check post.
Start the hike to Sesha Parvatha.
Descend from the top.
Camp at bhattara Mane,relish dinner and enjoy the bonfire.
Wake up to great views & have breakfast.
Have breakfast and checkout.
Start the descend.
Stop by for lunch.
Return back to Bangalore around 5:30 am the next day.
